I am still me.

But they see me as another different person.

Even the tealady said I am a hypocrite.

Assalamualaikum.

I attended my pre-wedding course last Saturday. During the 2 days course, I had to wear a hijab. It was a fun course all in all. Except for one narrow minded Ustazah. Majlis ilmu pun nak berpikiran macam tu. Shame shame.

So by the end of the course, I started thinking, "Sampai bila tak nak pakai tudung? If you are not gonna start now, so when are you planning to start to make the change? What if today is the last day?"

The next day, I had a date with Mr. Fiance and I decided to wear it. The first person to give me a kiss on the forehead is my dad. The next guy who was happy as hell, was Hanafi. (no he did not kissed me)

The next day, I went to work, determined with the changes I have made. 80% of my colleagues congratulate me. But some still can't except me with the changes. I am still the same old me, only better.

So, here goes the responds:

"Why Nadia? You are so young? It's a waste!"

"Nak kahwin kena pakai tudung la? Aiyo, you are so young la!!! But anyways, it's done already"

"Kenapa awak pakai tudung? Nak kahwin ek?"

And the list goes on and on.

Few minutes ago, I was browsing through some gossip forum/websites online. And I read about an actress that decided to wear hijab. And the comments were so negative till I would breakdown and cry.

See how negative the two ladies are?

I thank God that He opened up my heart to actually change for good after all the things I have done in the past. I thank God that I am trying to understand the concept of hijab instead of "buta-buta" pakai hijab without knowing the meaning of it. I thank God for this opportunity.

At least I am trying to understand without judging the ones who already wore it or the ones who still knows nothing about it.

Don't judge. Hatred is the worst poison in a human's heart.

So, whenever you see or read or hear someone who is wearing a tube top, giving you advice on religion, accept it, hear it, and listen. Nothing wrong about it. Because in the same time, they are actually reminding you and themselves to be a better person.

Lastly, I want to make you guys puke rainbows seeing my so called cute face. Trolololo!
